Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring each beverage meets quality standards and presentation expectations
- Take customer orders accurately, providing friendly recommendations and answering questions about menu options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and serving areas
- Handle cash register transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as ingredient assembly and topping placement to support efficient service
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality standards
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices to uphold hygiene standards in all food and beverage handling
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee and tea preparation is preferred but not required—training will be provided
- Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments to deliver excellent service with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory levels
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks during peak hours efficiently
- Ability to work well within a team, communicate clearly, and stay energetic throughout shifts
