We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our team and continue driving operational excellence.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the restaurant, leading from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiences, outstanding food quality, and strong commercial performance. You will inspire and develop your team whilst ensuring brand standards, compliance, and profitability are consistently achieved.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating people.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and inspire a high-performing team through effective coaching and development.
· Deliver exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.
· Take full accountability for restaurant sales, profitability, labour costs and operational performance.
· Drive sales through excellent service, upselling and local marketing initiatives.
· Recruit, train and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Team Members.
· Create a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork and recognition.
· Ensure all food is prepared and presented to Heavenly Desserts brand standards.
· Maintain the highest standards of food safety, health & safety and cleanliness.
· Manage stock, ordering, wastage and inventory controls.
· Analyse business performance and implement action plans to improve key performance indicators.
· Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
· Manage rotas effectively to balance excellent customer service with labour productivity.
· Work closely with Franchise Partners and Area Managers to achieve business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Store, General or Restaurant Manager within hospitality.
· Experience managing high-volume restaurants, cafés or branded hospitality businesses.
· Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
· Strong commercial awareness with experience managing sales, labour and profit.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
· Experience with food safety, health & safety and compliance.
· Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Desirable
· Previous experience within Heavenly Desserts or a premium dessert, café or casual dining brand.
· Level 2 or Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
· Personal Licence (where applicable).
· Experience with hospitality systems such as EPOS, stock management and labour scheduling software.
