ARC LED is one of the UK's leading suppliers of innovative LED lighting solutions, supplying electrical wholesalers, contractors, lighting designers, and retailers across the UK. We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive E-commerce Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a varied role where you'll be supporting customers, managing online orders, maintaining our website, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
- Providing product advice and technical support (full training provided).
- Processing customer orders and returns accurately.
- Updating customers on order progress and delivery information.
- Maintaining and updating product listings on our e-commerce website.
- Uploading new products, images, descriptions and specifications.
- Assisting with website improvements and ensuring product information is accurate.
- Monitoring online orders and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
- Working closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Supporting social media and online marketing activities where required.
- Helping to improve customer experience through continuous feedback and ideas.

- Previous customer service or e-commerce experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with WordPress or WooCommerce.
- Basic understanding of Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using e-commerce or order management systems.
- Interest in lighting, interiors or home improvement products.
