The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support vehicle sales, aftersales services, parts, fleet solutions, and brand awareness across our dealership network.
You will work closely with senior management, sales teams, after sales, and external agencies to create effective marketing initiatives that generate leads, strengthen customer relationships, and maximise return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and budget.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, events, and PR.
- Generate qualified leads for new and used commercial vehicle sales.
- Support aftersales departments by promoting servicing, maintenance contracts, parts, and workshop services.
- Manage dealership websites and ensure content remains current, engaging, and optimised for SEO.
- Oversee social media channels and create compelling content to engage customers and prospects.
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate customer events, exhibitions, trade shows, and fleet demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with vehicle manufacturers and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, photographers, designers, and media partners.
- Develop customer retention campaigns and CRM marketing initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance brand awareness and market share.
About You

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into effective marketing actions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience within the automotive, commercial vehicle, transport, fleet, or B2B sectors.
- Knowledge of dealer management systems and automotive marketing platforms.
- CIM qualification or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
