As Home Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the home’s day-to-day management and operations. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the home, whilst maintaining compliance with the Quality Assurance team, CQC (Care Quality Commissioners), NICE guidelines and current legislation. Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are current and meeting all legal requirements, you will be responsible to ensure your team are aware of changes and understand what is required.
The successful applicant will possess excellent man-management skills. Must be able to prioritise and manage a varied and changing workload in accordance with business needs, within a busy 50 bed Nursing Home facility. Client group includes people living with dementia, mental health issues and complex needs.
Previous experience in NHS or Private Sector Nursing Management is essential.
RGN, RMN and Level 5 diploma in leadership and management. Nurse qualification desirable but not essential. 5 years experience

· Take responsibility for the effective provision of care, support, administrative and managerial systems within the home.
· Maintain high quality client focused care, working with colleagues to manage the service being provided.
· Ensure that the home is meeting the Key Lines of Enquiry guidelines
