Following another record year and continued growth, Hilton Garage is expanding its award-winning vehicle preparation team.
We're looking for an experienced Alloy Wheel Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You'll be joining one of the busiest preparation centres in the region, refurbishing alloy wheels to retail standard on a wide variety of vehicles.

The Role
As part of our busy vehicle preparation team, you'll be responsible for restoring alloy wheels to the highest standard before vehicles are offered for sale.
Your duties will include:
- Alloy wheel refurbishment
- Diamond-cut wheel refurbishment
- Painted and polished-face wheel repairs
- Identifying additional cosmetic defects and reporting them to management
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Working efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Core hours are Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday mornings on a rota.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
- Has previous experience refurbishing alloy wheels
- SMART repair experience would be advantageous
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Can work well both independently and as part of a team
- Thrives in a busy workshop environment
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
