Female Door Supervisors (SIA Licensed) needed for leisure and events in Teesside. We are looking for professional, reliable, and customer-focused Door Supervisors to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
£12.81 to £15.00 per hour site specific
Start Date: ASAP
Hours include evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing entry and exit points of the venue
- Conducting ID checks in line with Challenge 25 and licensing requirements
- Monitoring customer behaviour and maintaining a safe environment
- Managing queues and venue capacity levels
- Preventing and de-escalating incidents professionally
- Working closely with management, bar staff, and emergency services when required
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring compliance with venue policies and licensing conditions
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Previous experience working in bars, pubs, clubs, or licensed venues preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with challenging situations effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
