Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support the financial operations of our growing property portfolio. This role involves managing rental income, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in optimising portfolio performance.
Lettings and Management:
- Ensuring rent payments are matched accurately against rent charges in ALTO CRM
- Following up with tenants on unpaid rent.
- Reporting rent arrears to property manager.
- Preparing landlord statements for remittance.
- Assisting in preparing of management report on individual property portfolio
Sales and Purchase Ledgers:
- Processing expenses (coding, getting approval, and processing for payment).
- Processing sales on QuickBooks.
- Reconciling Payments and Receipts.
- Reconciling Supplier and Customer Statements.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office IT skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
Desirable:
- Previous experiance working in finance function within lettings environment
- Previously used or exposure to lettings CRM system such as ALTO CRM
- Experiance in cash handling

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
