Location: EDMONTON & TOTTENHAM
Hours: 40 - 45 hours per week
Start Time: 6:00 AM
Overtime: Available
Pay: Competitive rates (dependent on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Skip Driver to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery, exchange and collection of skips, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, exchange and collect skips safely and efficiently.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and road traffic regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers.
- Complete all required paperwork or electronic records accurately.
- Keep vehicles clean and presentable.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous skip driving experience is preferred, but we welcome applications from experienced Class 2 drivers looking to move into skip work.
- Good knowledge of drivers' hours and working time regulations.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
