We are looking for motivated and quality-focused Print Finishing (Slitting) Operators to join our growing flexible packaging operation and offer an opportunity to become part of a business that invests in its people, equipment, and creating long-term career opportunities..
Hours of work: This role operates on a 3-week rotating shift schedule.
12 hour shift pattern, Days & Nights, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- Week One - 3 Days
- Week Two - 3 Nights
- Week Three - 2 days & 2 Nights
Main Duties
- Operating high-speed slitting machines safely and efficiently
- Producing reels to exact customer specifications
- Carrying out quality and process control checks
- Monitoring and identifying potential issues
- Accurately completing production records
- Working closely with our Production, Quality, and Technical teams
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety

- Experience operating slitting equipment within flexible packaging, or manufacturing environments is desirable
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,225.00 per year
