About the Role
Our reputation is built on producing accurately mixed automotive paint to the highest standards. As a Paint Mixing Operative, you'll learn how to mix paint precisely, ensuring every order meets customer requirements.
During your training, you will first observe our experienced team before gradually carrying out the role yourself. You will receive full support throughout and will only work independently once you feel confident and fully trained.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to stay focused, particularly during busy periods.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday mornings on a rotating basis
- Overtime available when required
Key Responsibilities
- Mix automotive paints accurately using established formulas and processes
- Follow detailed instructions and maintain high quality standards
- Check colours and ensure consistency before dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Work efficiently during busy periods without compromising accuracy
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and support the wider team

Pay: From £12.80 per hour
