We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Junior Motorcycle Sales Advisor to join our established motorcycle showroom in Birmingham.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in motorcycle sales. Previous motorcycle or automotive sales experience is not essential, as training and support will be provided. However, experience in retail, customer service or a sales environment would be advantageous.
You will work closely with our experienced sales team, assisting customers throughout the process of purchasing new and used motorcycles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom
- Understanding and qualifying customer requirements
- Presenting suitable new and used motorcycles
- Following up enquiries and generating new sales opportunities
- Assisting with motorcycle demonstrations and test rides
- Presenting finance options and proposals
- Supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to handover
- Providing customers with a professional and high-quality delivery experience
- Maintaining accurate customer records and following the company’s sales process
We are looking for someone who is reliable, well-presented and professional, with excellent communication skills and a polite, outgoing personality.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will:

- Be confident speaking with customers both in person and over the phone
- Be computer literate and comfortable using digital systems
- Be organised, reliable and able to work as part of a close-knit team
- Be motivated by targets and delivering excellent customer service
Previous experience within motorcycle, automotive, retail or customer service sales would be beneficial but is not required.
Essential Requirements
Above all else, you must have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for motorcycles. An interest in the KTM and MV Agusta brands would be particularly advantageous.
A full UK motorcycle licence is essential, as the role will involve moving, demonstrating and assisting with the delivery of motorcycles.
You must also be willing to learn and follow a defined sales process while contributing positively to a busy and supportive team environment.
