About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, converting enquiries into bookings and guiding them through their hair restoration journey.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound patient calls and enquiries
- Converting leads into consultations and treatment bookings
- Managing patient communications via phone, email and WhatsApp
- Updating patient records on our CRM system
- Following up on enquiries and maintaining strong patient relationships
- Supporting the team with scheduling and coordination
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in hair transplant, trichology, scalp health or aesthetic clinics is highly desirable
- Sales or customer service background preferred
- Passionate about hair restoration and aesthetics
- Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner
- Excellent English communication skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Right to work in the UK is required (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
