As the Administration Coordinator within the High Voltage Customer Service team, you will provide essential administrative support across a range of HVCS workstreams including private High Voltage customer maintenance, substation inspections, fault response activities and other operational projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Delegation and Supervision of administration activities
- Managing and monitoring the customer isolation request inbox.
- Issuing quotations, confirming purchase orders, and creating job numbers.
- Coordinating and allocating work packs to designated Senior Authorised Persons (SAP’s).
- Monitoring customer work acceptances and maintaining accurate records within company systems.
- Producing and submitting invoices following completion of works.
- Supporting debt management activities by chasing outstanding invoices.
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email and providing accurate responses.
- Raising project numbers and supporting project administration activities.
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Producing customer reports following routine inspections and updating databases.
- Collating invoice information and allocating costs to the correct jobs.
- Providing general administrative support to the HVCS team and management.
- Attending management meetings and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promoting excellent customer service and championing positive team behaviours.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- Experience working within a busy office environment that is reactive to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, using initiative and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications & Attributes:
- Administration experience within the utilities, engineering, construction, or similar industry.
- Experience supporting high-voltage customer services or technical operations.
- Extensive general administrative experience.

- Experience managing customer databases, invoicing processes, or project administration.
