Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our established Property Litigation team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys not only delivering excellent legal work but also supporting and developing the people around them. You'll join a collaborative and well-regarded team, working on a broad range of high-quality commercial property disputes, with a particular focus on title indemnity claims and development-related real property issues.

What you'll be doing:

Advising developers, landowners, insurers and commercial clients on complex title indemnity claims and development-related real property disputes

Handling matters involving rights to light, restrictive covenants, mines and minerals, easements, access issues and other title or land constraints affecting development schemes

Supporting many of the firm’s key clients, including high-profile commercial organisations

Handling a mix of private sector and government work, offering variety and impact

Providing day-to-day supervision and mentorship to junior team members

Contributing to a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture
What we are looking for:

An experienced Senior Associate with a strong background in title indemnity claims and/or development-related real property disputes, including rights to light, restrictive covenants, mines and minerals, easements, access issues and other title or land constraints affecting development schemes

Strong technical and commercial skills

Exposure to complex, high-value transactions

Excellent drafting and communication skills

Someone who takes pride in supervising and developing others and possesses a collaborative and approachable style
