Downland Marketing Ltd is a Franchise Network of Agricultural Merchants who operate across the UK supplying quality products to farmers under the Downland brand. We have a small team based at Warwick Mill Business Centre near Carlisle.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic team member, with a confident, friendly and outgoing nature and a genuine interest in farming.
Daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
· Answering telephones and general email enquiries
· Customer service – problem solving issues for Franchisees and Suppliers
· Making calls to customers and suppliers to follow up on communications and offers
· Managing our library and despatching all literature and marketing collateral
· Price maintenance on our systems
· Support on collation of Procurement activities (ie Excel spreadsheets)
· Support on marketing activities eg web updates and social media
· Supporting our Franchisee customers on their web updates and social media activities.
· Assisting with stock forecasting (ie Excel spreadsheets)
· Assist with organising meetings and events
Office hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday, and hours will be worked during these opening times.
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
