Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
The Commercial Administrator shall:
• Prepare accounts for works completed by Graham Direct Employees & Sub-contractors to be submitted by QS team
- Track early warnings and compensation events throughout stages of projects
- Audit sub-contractor accounts prior to being submitted to the Client
- Communicate with Sub-Contractors to request documentation to assist in the resolution of account queries
- Liaise with Graham Helpdesk to aid the preparation of accounts
- Liaise with Client representatives to resolve account queries
- Maintain and update Graham Internal Systems associated to above duties
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Work as part of the Commercial Team to ensure we meet Client Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Any other administrative duties when required

Essential
1. GCSE English at Grade C or equivalent
2. Minimum of one year’s administrator experience in a busy pressurized environment
3. Competent IT Skills to include Microsoft Office
Desirable
1. NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent
2. Experience of pricing submissions/ invoice generation
3. Experience of facilities management or a related service industry
