Job Description
A full time, permanent Bookkeeper is required to join our Wirral office. The role mainly involves checking the accuracy of our client’s records in Pandle to reduce the time our accountants spend correcting errors before completing the accounts and tax returns. A full list of duties include:
· Checking our client’s data in Pandle on a regular basis
· Corresponding with clients to help them make corrections
· General bookkeeping across various systems
· VAT returns
· Helping clients switch from their previous bookkeeping system to Pandle

The Candidate
The candidate should be good at managing their work load and must ensure high quality work is produced at all times. The candidate should also be reliable, a good decision maker, productive and highly organised with a common sense approach to his/her work.
A good level of competency with technology is especially important, as is attention to detail and a critical and analytical mind set.
