Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Care Worker to join our team in the GB area. Based at our local office, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our service users, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and respected while supporting their daily needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Develop and follow personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Adhere to company policies and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid driving license and ability to travel between client locations.
- Previous experience in home care or similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately.
- Good IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Reliable, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs.
