Summers in Buttermere are filled with lots of laughter, great guest conversations, plenty locally brewed pints, and delicious homecooked meals. The days may get busy, but time flies when you are part of a skilled and supportive team.
A shift at The Buttermere Court Hotel may start any time from 12pm, with team parking available. Joining the bar team, you will be serving our wonderful customers both inside in our beautiful bar area, or outside in our stunning garden. This will be an active role, getting plenty of steps in whilst you deliver our 5 star service standards to both our hotel guests and restaurant customers. Shifts will end at various times from 9pm until 1030pm.
Training will be provided across all aspects, including on pulling the perfect pint of locally crafted ales and lagers, serving our delicious dishes to tables and assisting our kitchen team with cleaning and resetting.
Buttermere is a truly beautiful place within the heart of the lake district national Park. Whilst this offers customers and ourselves picturesque views, sensational scenery and tranquil lakes, it does mean that any applicant must have access to their own transport. You will be asked to confirm this prior to your application being considered.
