About Us
Premium Creator Partnerships is a specialist creator and influencer platform launching commercially across the UK and Ireland. The platform is fully built and production ready. We are entering our commercial phase and need a strong technical leader to own deployment, architecture and scaling.
The Role
You will take ownership of a live, fully built platform and lead all technical decisions from day one. This is a founding team position with genuine equity and uncapped profit share.
You will be responsible for deploying and maintaining the platform, implementing multi-tenant architecture for agency clients, managing security and data protection, overseeing all integrations and driving continuous platform improvement.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum three years experience as a senior developer or technical lead. Strong proficiency in React and Node.js. Production deployment experience. Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture. Able to work independently and make decisions without daily oversight. UK and Ireland based.
Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not essential if experience is strong.
Compensation
Equity stake with two year vesting. Profit share once revenue targets are met. Pathway to fixed salary as the company scales. Bonuses for high performance.
