Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and special occasion styles with precision and creativity
- Provide expert barbering services when required, ensuring high standards of grooming and style
- Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services and products
- Deliver additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health and safety standards at all times
- Mentor and support junior stylists by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and upselling retail products to maximize revenue
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, active communication, and personalized attention
Experience
- Proven experience as a senior stylist or lead stylist in a busy salon environment with a strong portfolio of work
- Demonstrated expertise in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and barbering techniques
- Experience with eyelash extensions and makeup application is highly desirable
- Strong store management skills including appointment booking systems, inventory oversight, and team coordination
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients and team members
- Prior mentoring or training experience to support the development of junior staff members
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
