Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and functioning properly.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently, including processing payments and giving accurate change.
- Follow food safety standards diligently to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals as needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar serving role is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to uphold health standards consistently.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude toward guests and team members.
- Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts.
- Basic food preparation skills are advantageous but can be developed on the job.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
