Treo Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in Lincolnshire to recruit an experienced Delivery Manager – Employability.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people overcome barriers and move into employment, education, apprenticeships, and training. If you've managed employability or employment support programmes before and enjoy leading teams, building partnerships, and driving meaningful outcomes, this could be the role you've been looking for.
You'll take the lead across a range of funded employability programmes, including Connect to Work, Youth Hub initiatives, prison and criminal justice projects, and wider employment support provision, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard and participants receive the support they need to succeed.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for leading and coordinating employability programmes across multiple locations, managing performance against KPIs and contract outcomes, supporting and developing delivery staff, and building strong relationships with employers, DWP, local authorities, education providers, and community partners.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. One day you could be reviewing programme performance and mentoring staff, and the next you could be meeting employers, developing new opportunities for participants, or helping shape future employability projects.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience managing employability, skills, employment support, education, or funded programmes
- A track record of delivering against targets, outcomes, and performance measures
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment
- A person-centred approach and a genuine passion for supporting others
- Knowledge of employer engagement, job brokerage, and partnership working
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience within Connect to Work, DWP-funded provision, prison or probation services, IPS, Youth Hub programmes, or trauma-informed practice would be highly advantageous, but we're equally interested in speaking to talented managers from related sectors who can bring strong leadership and programme management experience.
