Duties
- Supervise and coordinate mobile cleaning crews to ensure efficient service delivery at multiple sites
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning tasks to verify adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Schedule daily work assignments, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety checks, and team performance reports
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address concerns and ensure satisfaction

Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and standards
