About the Role:
As the Web Merchandiser for Healthxchange’s portfolio of B2B and B2C websites, you will be focused on improving the online shopping experience and driving sales through strategic product placement, promotion, and user engagement techniques.
Responsibilities:

Lead daily site trading activities to optimise customer shopping experience and sales performance
- Manage homepage and landing page content in alignment with current promotions, seasonality, and stock availability
- Work with brand and creative teams to ensure content is engaging, SEO-optimized, and consistent with brand guidelines
- Manage the uploading and optimisation of all product listings and promotions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product data, imagery, and copy.
- Periodically review and update static content pages such as FAQs, ‘About Us’, and delivery information.
- Liaise with the wider business regarding stock levels, product introductions, and discontinuations.
- Work with current systems to implement a suite of reports designed to identify and promote sale of short dated, slow moving or discontinued lines
- Analyse sales data, traffic, and search metrics to inform merchandising decisions.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on-site KPIs, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and bounce rate.
- Provide insights to stakeholders on customer behaviour, and potential areas for improvement or opportunity.
- Collaborate with the Development Team on implementing site modifications and A/B tests to enhance the user experience and conversion rate.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a web merchandising role, preferably in the aesthetics or beauty industry.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms (e.g., Magento or Shopify) to manage content as well as configuration of promotions
- Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and e-commerce best practices.
- and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Lighthouse, Google product feeds etc).
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and stakeholders
- Experience in creating and effectively briefing requirements to stakeholders
- Experience of working alongside a development team with the ability to efficiently investigate, record and report any bugs within the platforms
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of the aesthetics and skincare industry is desirable.
