Scheduling Coordinator
Responsible to: Head of Service
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Location: Studley (Head Office) Monday-Thursday and work from home on Fridays.

We are now looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team based out of our Head Office in Studley, Warwickshire.
Key Responsibilities:
· Creation and maintenance of staff rotas across the business.
· Find cover for absence e.g. sickness, annual leave etc.
· Uploading accurate available overtime shifts onto the company software app.
· Ensuring all shifts are reconciled in a timely manner in time for payroll cut off.
· Assisting with flexible working meetings to ensure the request is feasible in line with rota requirements.
Essential Criteria:
· Previous experience in workforce scheduling, rota management, or administrative support.
· Knowledge of employment law basics (working hours, holiday entitlement).
· Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
· Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in rotas and compliance with staffing ratios.
· Proficiency in using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
· Effective problem-solving skills to address last-minute changes, sickness cover, or emergencies.
· Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with staff, managers, and external agencies.

· Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism when handling staff information.
· Commitment to supporting high-quality care delivery through effective workforce planning.
Desirable Criteria
· Experience working in care.
· Familiarity with electronic care management systems.
· Qualification in administration or management (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
· Demonstrated ability to improve rota efficiency and reduce staffing gaps.
· Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff and encourage cooperation.
