Baytree Interiors Ltd, a very successful, multiskilled refurbishment contractor, that provides client's with fast turnaround projects locally and nationally.
The type of work that we carry out, is mainly within the pub/hospitality sector that has continued to thrive, but also within the Care & Education sectors. Projects can range from, minor maintenance repairs through to complete refurbishments.
We are looking for a Contract Manager to take on and manage multiple projects including refurbishments and small maintenance projects.
Ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A proven background within the Fit-Out Refurbishment/Maintenance sector
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to manage direct labours and sub contractors effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- To take a project from site survey, through to estimating, on-programme delivery, to final invoice.
This is a permanent position, working within a small team, you will be office based in Rainworth but with site travel to cover surveys/client briefing's and Surveys.
A generous salary package will be offered to the right candidate, complete with car allowance or company vehicle, workplace pension.
