The Role
This isn’t just a step up, it’s a position of ownership within the store.
As a Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading shifts with confidence and calm energy
- Setting the tone for service and customer experience
- Supporting and guiding the team in real time
- Maintaining our non-negotiable allergen and food safety standards
- Ensuring smooth, efficient operations across the store
You’ll still work across all areas, but with a leadership lens:
- Front of House: elevating service, supporting team flow
- Back of House: overseeing quality, consistency, and safety
- Operations: stock awareness, cleanliness, and daily rhythm
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous barista / hospitality experience
- Has supervisory experience or is ready to step into leadership
- Leads by example. Calm, proactive, and reliable
- Has strong attention to detail (especially around allergens)
- Takes ownership and pride in their work
- Naturally supports and uplifts those around them
You don’t need to know everything, but you do need the mindset.
