About Us
Hot Tub Stores UK is a fast-growing hot tub retailer specialising in premium products, professional installations, and reliable aftercare. Our service operation is run from our Newport warehouse, supporting customers across South Wales and the South West.
We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Service Engineer to join our growing service team.
The Role
Based out of our Newport warehouse, you’ll attend customer sites to carry out servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and occasional installations of hot tubs. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring good technical knowledge and a professional approach.
You’ll be supported by a structured scheduling system with proper job preparation and parts supplied wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical faults
- Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance visits
- Assist with hot tub installations when required
- Complete job reports, photos, and notes accurately
- Maintain company van, tools, and stock
- Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience
- Sell Service Plans and accessories whilst on site
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in hot tub servicing, plumbing, electrical work, pool maintenance, or similar
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Desirable:
- Hot tub or spa-specific experience
- Electrical or plumbing qualifications
