Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telephone Sales Advisor to join our busy sales team. In this role, you will be the front line of our customer engagement, using your communication skills to assist customers, process orders and take payments over the phone.
We aim to provide excellent customer service so you'll need to have customer facing skills and be able to work in a busy environment to achieve that aim.
Duties
- Engage potential and existing customers through inbound calls.
- Be confident enough to return missed customer calls.
- Identify customer needs and process orders quickly and accurately.
- Be proficient with computer systems to process orders and also take payments for these orders
- Build rapport with customers by demonstrating excellent communication skills ensuring clarity and understanding throughout each transaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to use computer software to process orders and payments.
- Be confident using multiple computer software systems.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls confidently while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and identify product clearly.
- Ability to work in a busy environment and as part of a team.
Pay: £12.71-£13.26 per hour
