We are looking for a proactive, experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and contribute to our success by leading our Human Resources function.
Role Overview:
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain the best talent. You will provide HR leadership across multiple care homes, working closely with management teams to deliver a high-quality service. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, particularly within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for care, nursing, and support staff roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
- Provide advice and guidance to management on employee relations issues such as disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Promote staff wellbeing and a positive working environment, championing diversity and inclusion.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and support career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards regarding staffing and HR practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
- Handle HR reporting and analytics, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent HR experience.
- Proven experience in an HR management role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with HR systems and technology is an advantage.

Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
