Support Worker – Dundee
Do you enjoy making a real difference in someone’s day?
Are you an experienced support worker available for work in Dundee and surrounding areas?
You will be supporting individuals to live as independently as possible, helping with daily routines, activities and time out in the community, while building positive and respectful relationships.
About the role
- Ad hoc shifts, flexible around your availability
- Delivering personal care, moving and handling, and support with daily living
- Administering medication safely and accurately
What we're looking for
- Personal care and moving and handling experience (essential)
- Medication administration experience (preferred)
- Epilepsy experience (preferred)
- Experience with challenging behaviour (preferred)
- A driving licence is a bonus but not essential
- Adaptable, flexible, and reliable, comfortable working across varied shift patterns
About you:
- You have previous experience working in a similar support role
- You have experience supporting with a wide range of service users
- You are caring, reliable and patient
- You are comfortable working as part of a team
