Working Pattern
- 3 mornings per week: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- 1 evening per week: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- One full weekend per month:
- Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00pm and 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Sunday: 7:00am – 2:00pm and 4:00pm – 10:00pm

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, caring and professional
- Reliable, dependable and passionate about supporting others
- Friendly, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
- Committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care that promotes dignity and independence
You will also need:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- To live in or around the Bedford area
- To be able to work the shift pattern above
- To be female (this is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010)
