About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and motivated Health & Safety Advisor to support both our internal management systems and our projects across the United Kingdom and Europe.
This is far more than a traditional compliance role. You'll become involved in all aspects of health, safety and operational improvement, working closely with the Managing Director and project teams to ensure that our systems, processes and site activities meet the highest standards.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be carrying out site inspections, supporting project teams and engaging with clients; the next you could be reviewing company procedures, assisting with audits, developing risk assessments, or helping implement new health and safety initiatives across the business.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, solving problems and driving continual improvement.
This position is based at our Head Office, with flexibility to travel regularly throughout the UK to support projects, undertake site visits, and work alongside clients, contractors and our wider team on major infrastructure projects.
As the business grows, we expect this role to grow too. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us, take on increasing responsibility, and become a trusted advisor within the business.
