About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Golf Coach & Administration Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about golf who is looking to develop their coaching career while gaining valuable experience in the day-to-day operations of a busy golf academy.The successful candidate will spend their time delivering coaching sessions to juniors, beginners and members, while also supporting the administration of the coaching programme and golf operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching
- Assist with the delivery of junior and adult coaching programmes.
- Deliver individual and group coaching sessions.
- Support golf camps, school programmes and club events.
- Help organise and promote coaching initiatives.
- Encourage participation and create a welcoming learning environment.
- Continue personal development through PGA training and coaching education.
Administration
- Manage coaching bookings and lesson schedules.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Process lesson payments and maintain accurate records.
- Update customer databases and coaching reports.
- Prepare coaching resources and maintain equipment.
- Support the planning and administration of club competitions, events and academy programmes.
About You:
- A genuine passion for golf and coaching.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and online booking systems.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Previous coaching or golf industry experience.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- First Aid certification.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
