Jewellery services include engraving, welding and piercing.
The Role
As a Store Assistant, you’ll be the face of Mococo, delivering warm welcomes, thoughtful recommendations, and outstanding service to every customer. You’ll help create a beautiful and inspiring store environment, support day-to-day operations, and work with your team to deliver sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every customer warmly and build genuine connections
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and gift recommendations
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all brands and collections
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and beautifully presented at all times
- Support with unpacking deliveries and replenishing displays
- Conduct stock counts
- Assist with online orders, Click & Collect orders and customer returns
- Contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Support visual merchandising and brand campaign changeovers
- Follow all company policies and security procedures
What You’ll Bring
- Previous retail or customer service experience in jewellery.
- A passion for jewellery and an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident manner
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure during busy periods
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and key trading periods (including Christmas)

Hours available: 20-40 hours week.

Pay: £12.50 per hour
