We have huge ambitions and as part of our continued growth journey, we are looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to keep us all in check!
This role is all about ensuring the entire teams operate efficiently and are empowered to do the best work they can. You will be working alongside the Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing team, with responsibility for end-end project management from sale through to delivery and beyond.
You will;
- Work across multiple functions within the business to align priorities and ensure projects are running efficiently
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, utilising Excel, the CRM and Supply Chain systems to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Be expected to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on projects and any potential customer queries
- Manage and maintain records, databases and systems with accurate information
- Work as part of a wider support team on ad-hoc projects to help ensure the effective and efficient running of the business

Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional environment
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good data entry skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
