About the Role:
As a Supervising Social Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting foster carers and helping young people achieve their potential. This is a home-based role with flexibility and variety, where no two days are the same.
You will:
- Manage and develop your own caseload
- Provide supervision and support to fostering households
- Complete assessments and work with potential new carers
- Liaise with professionals to ensure the highest standards of care
- Promote the welfare and development of children and young people
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified and registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- Strong Fostering Social Work background
- Background in working with children (residential care experience preferred)
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A child-focused approach with professional curiosity and attention to detail
