Av8Jet Charter is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Part-Time Charter Sales Executive to support our charter sales team during evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible working hours whilst being part of a professional and growing private aviation company.
The Role
Working as part of our Charter Sales team, you will:
- Respond promptly to incoming charter enquiries by telephone and email.
- Prepare charter quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers and aircraft operators.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed charter bookings.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with our Operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing commercial role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and telephone skills.
- A professional, confident and friendly manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage enquiries effectively.
- A genuine interest in aviation (experience within business aviation is desirable but not essential).
Essential Requirements
- Must live within 30 miles of Bournemouth Airport.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
Working Pattern
We're specifically looking for someone who can provide cover during:
- Weekday evenings
- Weekends
- Bank Holidays
- Annual leave and holiday cover
- Additional hours during periods of high demand
Working hours will be agreed in advance and offer flexibility around your existing commitments.
