The role of Customer Service Assistant:
- Being the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and providing them with the support they need
- Responding to customer enquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services
- Offering tailored solutions to meet the individual needs of each customer
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborating with colleagues across different teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
