Role Overview
We are currently recruiting professional and reliable SIA-licensed Security Officers to join our growing casual staffing pool, supporting security operations across a range of high-profile venues in London.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident working in busy environments, maintain strong situational awareness and can manage challenging situations with professionalism and control.
Responsibilities
All our sites have different responsibilities, as a minimum we expect our officers to;
- Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to identify any suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Conduct patrols of the site to ensure safety protocols are being followed and identify potential hazards.
- Report incidents accurately and promptly, documenting any unusual occurrences or security concerns.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, including medical incidents, by providing first aid when necessary.
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorisation of visitors and staff.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorised access or misconduct on-site.
- Collaborate with local authorities or emergency services when required, ensuring swift resolution of incidents.
Skills
- Proven experience within the Security industry or strong transferable skills.
- Strong report writing skills with attention to detail and clarity.
- Basic first aid knowledge, with the ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
- Excellent observational skills combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and interaction with team members.
- Organised and reliable, with a professional attitude towards safeguarding responsibilities.
Candidate profile
- SIA Door Supervisor badge (minimum)
- Natural instinct for calm, confident and professional service delivery
- Brings a luxurious standard of customer care to every engagement
- Maintains impeccable grooming and presentation at all times
- Flexible and reliable to work between 6 and 12 hour shifts
- Willingness to go above and beyond being your typical Security Officer, adapting to the needs of the premises
- Authorisation to work in the UK
- Must have UTR number as the role is self employed

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 5.0 per week
