Production MIG Welder

BM Catalysts is Europe’s largest independent manufacturer of high-quality automotive catalytic converters, DPFs, and front pipes. We are expanding our production team and looking for experienced Production MIG Welders to help us maintain our industry-leading standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in MIG welding or a relevant welding qualification
- At least 1 year of experience working with sheet metal
- Fabrication experience is a plus, but not essential
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out MIG welding using jigs; no requirement to read technical drawings
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and consistently wear appropriate PPE
- Assemble and build components with care, ensuring a high and consistent quality standard
- Perform regular quality checks to maintain zero-defect output
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure the work area is clean and organised
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 14:30
- No weekend work required
