SRK is seeking skilled Scaffolders to work on the Fawley Oil Refinery. This role involves assembling and maintaining scaffolding systems while prioritizing safety at every step.
Role Highlights:
- Construct, modify, and dismantle scaffolding of different types
- Monitor work areas for hazards or defects and report them immediately
- Attend approved training providers for practical and theoretical courses when required
Mandatory Requirements:
- Current CISRS scaffolding card (Part 1, Part 2, or Advanced)
- Valid health & safety test certificate
- Physically fit and capable of demanding tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well in a team
- Excellent awareness of health and safety procedures
- Good communication skills
Desirable Attributes:
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand load-bearing requirements
- Full UK driving licence
