Logistics Administrator, near Witney Oxfordshire - Summer work
To cover the busy summer period, we are seeking a Logistics Administrator to support our Logistics Team at our office in Oxfordshire, Monday to Friday from June - September this year.
Candidates who have high level of attention to detail and accuracy, along with a strong proficiency in the use of MS office. Administrative experience and strong organisational skills are essential.
Day to day duties would involve;
- Book in deliveries with Customers;
- Maintain/manage records for the return of packaging;
- Communicate delivery paperwork with Customers;
- Ensure completeness of logistics documentation and data on our in house system;
- Order and monitor all stationery stocks as required by the Company;
- Provide general administrative support for the Department;
Working Monday to Friday, this is a great opportunity for someone has experience within an administrative function and is looking for temporary work during the summer. The position is required to be fulfilled immediately and is based onsite at our offices near Witney, five days per week within our friendly team.
