We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for our Subway to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail store. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure a high standard of service and efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Implement effective sales management strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Oversee administrative tasks including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand's values and enhances the customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Manage time effectively to priorities tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work culture.
