ROLE: Painter and Decorator
HOURS: Full Time (CIJC Working Rule Agreement)
LOCATION: Sellafield Site

We're looking for a Painter and Decorator who will carry out reactive, project, and routine painting schedules across the Sellafield site in line with CIJC working rule agreements.
- Carry out filling and repairs to internal and external building fabric across the client's portfolio to the highest standards
- Complete internal and external redecoration works, applying a variety of products and paint finishes
- Erect access equipment as required, with appropriate training and all necessary access plant and temporary screening to protect the environment and people
- Monitor decorating material stock and request new stock as required, ensuring works are completed within approved budgets
- Ensure all painting and decorating equipment is effectively utilised, maintained, cleaned, and reused
- Experience as a Painter and Decorator carrying out internal and external painting, preparation works, and minor repairs
- Recognised qualification of NVQ Level 2 as a minimum
- A recognised apprenticeship is advantageous but not essential
- Competitive hourly rate (excluding site bonuses and travel pay)
