Steel Preparation Operative / Trainee Welder
Location – WINKLEIGH EX19.
Plus Retail Ltd is looking for a new person to join our steel fabrication team.
Our stables division (StableOnine.co.uk) manufacturers and installs a large range of internal and external stables.
We are looking to fill a new junior role due to current employees progressing to full time welding positions within our company.
The job role includes:
· Cutting steel lengths accurately to size.
· Drilling and cropping steel sections as required.
· Helping with the installation of our products when necessary (including travel and accommodation)
Full training will be given.
The candidate will be:
· Enthusiastic and keen to learn.
· Generally practical and have a good eye for detail.
· Reliable and punctual.
· Able to travel away to install when required.

This is a physical role and you will need to be fit and able to use your common sense to safely and carefully prepare and install our products.
Full Training will be given.
The role is a basic 40 hours per week plus some extra hours when required.
