We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Car Dismantler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling all the components of the car, ensuring that all parts are handled safely and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining our operational standards and supporting our recycling efforts.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble equipment and machinery using hand tools and power tools as required.
- Inspect components for damage or wear during the dismantling process.
- Sort and categorise dismantled parts for recycling or reuse.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimise risks during the dismantling process.
- Collaborate with team members to improve dismantling processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy items when necessary.
