Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm and efficiency
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Manage cash register operations accurately and handle transactions promptly
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent customer service skills
- Experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to engage with guests professionally and courteously
Pay: £12.00-£19.89 per hour
